Full-Time eBay Administrator – New Position!

We are looking for an enthusiastic eBay administrator to join our busy eBay team to assist in the day to day management of our Parts eBay shop.

Job Description

  • High volume of accurate parts listings on a daily basis to ensure sales growth is maintained in line with company targets while adhering to eBay & company policies
  • Working alongside our eBay manager to assist in listing optimisation & the use of marketing tools
  • Daily customer communication; monitoring eBay messages, resolving any customer queries in a timely manner & leaving feedback
  • Communicating with eBay seller support to resolve potential customer issues, complaints and resolving any listing issues
  • Regular monitoring of competitor pricing and promotional activity
  • Staying up to date with any changes to policies and marketing initiatives in order to discover new opportunities
  • You will be part of a small friendly team within a shared office


  • Experience in working within an eCommerce platform role will serve as a strong advantage, however full training will be given to the right candidate
  • Team player with a can do attitude, capable of prioritising & managing their own workload
  • Strong IT proficiency with an attitude to learn
  • Self-motivator with great attention to detail & creative with ideas and concepts


40 hours between 8:30 – 5:30 Monday to Friday (Full-Time, Permanent)
Saturday hours available, but not compulsory between 9:00 – 1:00


Pay: 18,500.00 – 23,000.00
Weekly Pay

Full-Time Parts Inventory Coordinator – New Position!

Forest Auto Salvage are excited to have a new opportunity for a Full-Time Parts Inventory Coordinator to join our busy Parts Team.
We are encouraging those with a strong interest & knowledge in the automotive industry to apply.

Job Description

  • To ensure parts are stocked & inventoried correctly & efficiently onto our software system
  • To ensure all parts are clean & fit for purpose before storing in our storage bays following correct procedures
  • Capability of learning to use our inventory software system Pinnacle with confidence
  • Imaging parts in preparation of our eBay Shop listings following the correct processes
  • Making sure the storage bays are kept clean & tidy to ensure continual safety & security
  • Team player attitude with a good work ethic, must be able to communicate well & work alongside others


  • Computer literate with the ability to learn software systems
  • Strong communication & inter personal skills, with the aptitude of working well within a team
  • A good eye for detail; this role requires the need for data entry accuracy & efficiency
  • An already established knowledge in cars & their parts is a must


  • Proven experience in a vehicle parts or a similar role would serve as a strong advantage
    (Minimum of 1 year preferred)


  • 40 hours between 8:30 – 5:30 Monday to Friday (Full-Time, Permanent)
    Saturday hours available, but not compulsory between 9:00 – 1:00


Between 19,000 – 23,000 per year depending on experience
